CSR
Serving the society is a part of our company values. The CSR vertical was setup in 2018 and we launched our first initiative -
in the Skill Development space on 1st April 2018.
CSR
After completing 10 successful years in 2017, we decided to setup our CSR vertical to fulfil our CSR obligation and ensure that the funds are genuinely utilised for the good of the society.
After understanding the market and the need gap we launched our first CSR initiative - Aatmanirbhar on 1st April 2018.
The word Aatmanirbhar translates to 'independent' in English. The literal meaning of which is - Not depending on another for livelihood or subsistence. This is the sole purpose of this initiative - to generate employment for the youth so that they can lead a respectful and independent life.
Through this initiative, we provide skill based training to candidates who are job ready but do not have the appropriate skill set for the job role of their choice. These job roles could be in the field of IT, hospitality, retail, logistics etc.
Our first training module is for an National Skill Development Council (NSDC) certified Domestic Data Entry Operator course. While we'll provide the technical training required for this job role, we'll also be providing life skills (grooming, etiquettes and basic English speaking) training to the selected candidates, so that they are prepared to enter the corporate world with confidence. NASSCOM, which is NSDC's IT sector skill council, has a fixed curriculum for this course (course code - SSC/Q2212) and our training is as per this course structure.
Once the course is complete, we also provide placement to students, across various industries, thus utilizing their skills in the best possible way.
